Using FITMER

FITMER is provided free of charge as an interval workout timer. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

FITMER is a timer, not a coach or a medical device. It does not provide medical, health or fitness advice. Exercise carries inherent risks — consult a qualified professional before starting any program and stop if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk.

Provided “as is”

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from its use, including missed or inaccurate timer cues.

Acceptable use

Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or disrupt the app or the website.

Intellectual property

The FITMER name, brand and app design belong to their owner. These terms do not grant you rights to the brand beyond normal use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
